A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2018, the Defendant registered with Seongdong-gu Seoul apartment No. 13 Dong 1015, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, which is one’s own residence, to share accommodation, and installed a foreign-type foreign-type camera in a betting room around February 2018.

As a result, the defendant tried to take photographs of another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will, using a camera or other similar mechanism, but the victim discovered a camera and reported it to the police.
