A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

[criminal history] On October 1, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law at the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and on April 21, 2016, a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime was issued by the Suwon Branch of the District Court.

[Criminal facts] On January 30, 2018, the Defendant driven BMW 528i car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.150% from the 1km section to the 16th road in the same Gu unit from the water source distance in the Dong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sinwon-si, Sinwon-si, to the same Gu unit.
