A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

From February 26, 2006, the Defendant was living in the first floor of the multi-family house in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, which was owned by D, in Seoul.

1. On April 27, 2004, the Defendant subscribed to Samsung Fire Mar. 27, 2004, the insurance coverage period from around the time of purchase to April 27, 2019. The coverage details include KRW 10 million in the event of damage to household appliances caused by a fire, KRW 10 million in the event of death due to a fire, KRW 5 million in the event of theft, KRW 30 million in the event of lessee’s liability for compensation.

In addition, the defendant has purchased 7 insurance policies including five guarantee insurance, one accumulated insurance, etc., and paid 49,100 won per month.

Meanwhile, on July 15, 2011, the Defendant: (a) entered into a contract with the amount of KRW 300 million in total; (b) paid the down payment of KRW 30 million in the remainder of the remainder of KRW 270 million; and (c) provided money until November 2012 as a matter of payment of intermediate payments and interest arising from the instant officetel contract; and (d) had a sense of mind in his/her house in order to receive fire insurance money that had been subscribed for in the past.

At around 03:00 on November 19, 201, the Defendant attached a fire to the clothes that had been bulped at the house inside the house of the Defendant of the first floor of the multi-family house E in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Then, the Defendant attached a clothes on the main floor and attached a fire to the main floor and carried the household tool and the ceiling with a fire on other parts of the above multi-family house.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed the above building that is used as a residence by about 30 persons who live with D and Gowons.

2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud, as described in paragraph (1), committed a crime by force upon the insurance solicitors of the victim Samsung Fire Co., Ltd. by exposing the aforementioned circumstances on November 19, 201, even though he/she voluntarily left the house in order to receive insurance proceeds, such as Samsung Fire Marshall, 19, etc.
