A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:40 on April 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) when driving a B C-W-man car, and driving the said car at a speed of about 20 km in the front of the community credit cooperative located in the Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si; (b) due to the negligence that did not properly look at the traffic situation of the front bank at a speed of about 20 km from the mouth of the C-W-ro, the lower part of the lower portion of the truck at the right side of the Defendant’s driving car, which was the D-L of the victim C-W, who carried the U-S-W-W-dong at a speed of about 10:40 on April 23, 2014; and (c) at the same time, damaged the said truck to the nearest part of the Defendant’s driving car, and caused the victim E (the 51 years old) (the 51 year old) to suffer salt, tension, etc. requiring treatment for about 2 weeks.
