Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is operating a milk agency under F in the name of “E real estate” office operated by the victim C(66 years of age) at permanent residence D, was dissatisfied with the victim’s complaint to file a civil petition against the Defendant’s illegal stopping and stopping facts.

1. Intimidation;

3. On September 1, 2016, around 14:30 on September 1, 2016, the injured Defendant cited a written notice of administrative fines issued by the above E-real estate office for permanent viewing, and sought victims.
