1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
The seized evidence Nos. 1 through 4, 8 through 11 are from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint offenses committed by Defendant A, B, and C;
A. Defendant A in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act is a person operating I Gameland in Busan Jung-gu, and Defendant C is a head of the business division in the above gameland. Defendant B, as a money exchange, provided customers with camping machines, etc. which were not classified in the above game area and offered them for use on July 2014, and solicited customers to exchange books acquired as a result of the game in cash.
From the early July 2, 2014 to September 22, 2014, in the IFK located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, Defendant A, the game management committee, set up 30 Y-to-date games, 12 12 Y-to-date games, and 9 Y-to-date games, which were not classified by the game management committee, and provided for the use of many and unspecified customers. The above game products are registered 20,000 if the pictures on which the numbers of customers are written by inserting money and implementing the game are equal to the width or length of the game, and the Defendant C, as the game products on which the number of customers is 5,000 per 5,000 Y-to-day games, managed sons and customers of the above game site, Defendant B, after the game site, deducted 100,000 won per 4 fee per 18,000 won per cash.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer game products that have not been classified to customers for use and exchange game products as a result.
B. The Defendants in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. were engaged in the following businesses in collusion by using 30 outdoor game machines, which are speculative electronic machines, 12 physical game machines, and 51 types of hot spring games, at the same time and place as above.
2. On September 22, 2014, Defendant D sent back to the instant I Gameland by police officers belonging to the Busan Regional Police Agency to regulate the said game site.
