1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from January 25, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. From June 25, 2013 to August 30, 2013, the Plaintiff used a total of KRW 120 million to the Defendant as interest rateing 24% per annum and due date for repayment on December 31, 2013. On November 5, 2013, the Plaintiff received reimbursement of KRW 30 million as principal from the Defendant.
The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 90 million won with the borrowed principal and damages for delay (20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings) from the next day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
