Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Chuncheon District Court's territorial branch on August 29, 2012.

On October 24, 2019, at around 03:31, 2019, the Defendant driven a D-to-purn-purged car with approximately 24km alcohol level 0.163% under the influence of alcohol level on the front of the C Hospital located in Yangsan-si, Busan-si.
