Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2019, at around 09:25, the Defendant driven a B B non-stop car, and made the intersection in front of Daegu-gu C in the bill of indictment for the two kinds of parks along the “dual salary” distance as written in the two-lanes of indictment, which appears ex officio to be a clerical error, and the Defendant turned it bypassing it to the two-lanes of the two-lane streets from the four-lanes of the correction distance.

Since there is a three-distance road where signal lights and crosswalks are installed, the defendant engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to operate the steering direction and brakes accurately and safely by properly operating the steering direction and brakes by driving the motor vehicle in accordance with the location signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim D (year 78) driver’s bicycle crossinged from the right side of the Defendant’s running direction to the left side of the crosswalk to go beyond the road by taking the victim’s bicycle into front side of the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle. The Defendant re-undertakeed the victim’s bridge going beyond the road into front of the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim through occupational negligence as above, such as cutting the framework of an outer reproduction, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment.
