A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one month at the Daegu District Court for fraud, and on November 12, 2015, on March 27, 2016, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated.

"2016 Highest 6344"

1. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, the “G main office” operated by the Victim F in Daegu-gu E, Daegu-gu; and (b) the Defendant, even if there is no intent or ability to pay the price, was carried out as if he would pay the price in a normal condition; (c) two weeks were ordered by both weeks, and two women-dozers were ordered.

As above, the Defendant did not pay KRW 520,000 of the price due to the failure to pay 520,000,000, while deceiving the victim as above and being provided by the victim with the alcohol and gambling from the victim.

2. On October 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, operated by the Victim I in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, “J-gu’s main point”; (b) on fact, the Defendant: (c) paid the price as if he would normally pay the price; and (d) paid two weeks as if he would pay the price; and (c) ordered two women’s helpers.

As above, the Defendant: (a) did not pay 420,000 won of the price despite deceiving the victim as above and being provided with alcohol and helper from the victim; and (b) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

3. On November 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, operated by the Victim L, in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, (b) around 01:00, the Defendant: (c) committed an act as if he or she did not have any intent or ability to pay the price; and (d) committed an act as if he or she would pay the price in a normal condition; and (c) committed two women-doers.

As above, the Defendant: (a) did not pay 450,000 won of the price despite deceiving the victim as above and being provided with alcohol and helper from the victim; and (b) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

The Defendant of "2016 Highest 6508", on November 5, 2016, drinks together with O on the front side of convenience stores located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, about November 17:00.
