A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of attempted quasi-rape in the Gwangju District Court's distribution support and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on August 29, 2014.

1. At around 11:55 on October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C (here, 38 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol in the parking lot B, i.e., Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, and without any justifiable reason; (b) expressed the victim C (the victim 38 years of age “I am, I am dead,” and (c) expressed the victim her hand, and (d) expressed the victim 10 meters of his/her escape, thereby threateninging the victim by “I am dead.”

A. Under the influence of alcohol at the above time and place, the Defendant destroyed KRW 775,311 of the car repair cost by generating the victim E-owned vehicle without any reason.

B. Under the influence of alcohol at the above time and place, the Defendant destroyed the F Cost of Repair 194,700 won by generating the F Cost of Repair Corresponding from the victim’s “G” quantity, without any reason.
