A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the damage of property in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) caused the damage of the victim’s vehicle, under the influence of alcohol, by cutting off the GTS Ora, which was parked in the said area, by emitting the eTS Ora, thereby damaging one microscope of the market value owned by the victim, which was set above, and destroying the repair cost, such as the flab, on the right-hand hand of the Ortoba.

2. 공무집행방해와 상해 피고인은 2013. 7. 25. 22:00경 서울 동대문구 C 앞길에서, 싸움이 일어났다는 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 서울동대문경찰서 F지구대 소속 순경 G로부터 오토바이를 넘어뜨린 이유에 관한 질문을 받자 화가 나, 위 G에게 “이 씨발 개새끼야! 짭새새끼가 죽고 싶냐 ”라고 욕설하면서 이마로 위 G의 코 부분을 1회 들이받아 위 G에게 치료일수를 알 수 없는 양측 코뼈의 골절의 상해를 가였다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning 112 reported processing duties and inflicted injury on G at the same time.
