Punishment of the crime

At around 06:20 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant acquired economic benefits by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any intention or ability to pay the drinking value, by inducing the victim to pay the drinking value, and by inducing the victim to pay the drinking value, the Defendant acquired economic benefits by not paying the drinking value equivalent to KRW 180,000 in the market value of KRW 180,000 in the market value of KRW 240,00 in the market value.
