Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

At around 10:52 on May 21, 2020, the Defendant opened the entrance door of the said law, which was not corrected, and entered the door, and carried 80,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim C, who was on the cryp and fireworks, in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
