A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Suwon Friwon, and on September 1, 2016, received a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime from Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friwon Friju, and was sentenced to a total of three times punishment for the same crime. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for eight months on September 1, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 1, 2017.

On July 9, 2017, around 15:41, the Defendant driven BMW car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Glcheon-si Dok-ro 38-40 square meters of Echeon-si to the front side of the Glcheon-si Do-ro 38-40 square meters.
