1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

2. The court below stated the reasons in detail, and sentenced the defendant not guilty on the grounds that the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone is hard to acknowledge the facts charged, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise. The judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and the prosecutor's assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
