A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30, at the home of the victim in Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, the residence of the victim B (the 29-year old-old-gu), the Defendant: (b) had the victim take care of the victim’s title in the toilet room; (c) had the victim take care of the victim’s inside and outside of the toilet; and (d) had the victim take care of the front door of the entrance to take out of the house; (d) had the victim take care of the victim’s cell; (e) had the victim take care of the front door of the entrance; (e) had the victim take care of the victim’s cell; (e) close the victim’s cell; and (e) took the victim’s cell, which was 29 years of age; and (e) had the victim take care of the victim’s mobile phone, and (e) had the victim take care of the victim’s 10cm away from his market price; and (e) had the victim take care of the victim’s body.
