Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2017, from around November 22, 2017 to around November 22, 2000, the Defendant: (a) employed, as female employees, the name of “G”, which was distributed to the daily unit in Yanancheon-si; (b) received KRW 180,00 in return for sexual traffic; and (c) made sexual intercourse with female employees, thereby engaging in the business of arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ a person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea;

A. The Defendant, from November 22, 2017 to November 22: 27, 2017, entered the above building C from around November 22, 2017 to November 27, 2017 to the visa exemption (B-1) and employed Russian E as female employees, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea.

B. On November 23, 2017, from around November 23, 2017 to November 22:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the building No. D; (b) visa exemption (B-1); and (c) did not have the status of stay eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea; and (b) employed Russ’ nationality F as female employees.
