1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs a business trip food, a business trip, a business trip-related consulting business, etc. under the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is one of the trade unions located within the Korea Broadcasting System (KBS).

B. The Defendant agreed to provide the KBS New Hall as a wedding, and entered into a contract on the operation of a wedding hall in the public hall in the above public hall between the two companies, “D,” and “E,” respectively. Since then, the above two companies engaged in a wedding business in the above public hall.

(2) On August 16, 2010, the Plaintiff paid KRW 40,000,00 to F, the representative director of the KBS New Airport (E Co., Ltd.) for the premium on the type of the instant wedding and the ancillary equipment, etc. used in the annual conference. On September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2012, the term of the contract between the Defendant and the Defendant was determined from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2012, and the Plaintiff entered into an agreement on wedding and annual conference (hereinafter “the instant first agreement”).

C. On August 14, 2012, when the contract period of the instant first contract expires, the Plaintiff entered into an wedding and annual agreement (hereinafter “instant second agreement”) with the Defendant, setting the contract period from September 1, 2012 to May 31, 2015, to provide wedding and annual services in the instant wedding hall (hereinafter “instant second agreement”).

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to carry out in good faith the events relating to the worship of members and those determined by the Union, which are held at the wedding places determined by the Defendant.

General annual meetings, such as stones and white days, locks, locks, commemorative days, events, etc. other than weddings, shall be excluded from the subject of this contract.

Article 5 (Provision of Services) (1) The Plaintiff shall not interfere with the course of marriage wedding in accordance with the order of the user notified by the Defendant.
