1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. The Defendant (hereinafter “B”) supplier of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “A”) of the basic contract for purchase agency (hereinafter “B”) shall enter into a basic contract for purchase agency (hereinafter “this contract”) as follows:

For the purpose of Article 1, the purpose of this Agreement is to acquire goods requested by A from a third party (hereinafter “goods supplier”) and provide them to A (hereinafter “purchase agency”) and to determine necessary matters, such as the supply of goods and the payment of goods to B.

Article 2 The supply period under this Agreement shall be from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013.

(hereinafter referred to as "the goods supplier", "the goods price", "the delivery place", and "the goods supplier" shall be designated by "A" and "A" shall be defined by a separate special agreement.

(2) The amount of goods, delivery place, and transportation-related matters shall be prescribed by a separate special agreement between A and B.

Article 11 Voluntary Disposition, Compensation for Damages (1) If A does not accept a good by the agreed delivery date, or does not perform this Agreement, B may demand its correction, and if A does not correct it within 10 days from the date of receipt of the peremptory notice, B may dispose of the contract bond, security and goods under this Agreement at any time.

(2) Where the disposal value referred to in paragraph (1) falls short of the original selling value made to Company A by selling it, and thereby losses (including losses on resale, lost profits, expenses incurred at the time of resale, expenses incurred at the time of resale, interest at the rate of 25% per annum on the input funds and expenses of Company B, and other expenses) have been inflicted on Company B, Party A shall immediately compensate for the amount equivalent

Article 1 of the Special Terms and Conditions, the goods suppliers designated and notified to B by Party A of the selection of the goods suppliers under the Special Terms and Conditions shall be as follows:
