A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 37 years of age) are related to human relations.

1. On April 21, 2020, at around 21:30, the Defendant was placed in custody, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Southern Navy, and on the ground that the Defendant told the victim to be unfolded from the victim during the drinking area with the scams, the Defendant scambling the victim’s scams several times by hand on the scams of the victim, the two hands of the victim’s scams, and the victim was forced to take the scams of the defective victim’s head scams to go out of the house, and scams the victim’s scamscams were forced to go out of the house for about 50 minutes.

2. 감금치상 피고인은 2020. 4. 22. 08:24경 위 피고인의 주거지에서, 제1항 기재 범죄사실로 인하여 피해자가 자신을 피하는 것을 보고 화가 나 피해자를 위 주거지로 오라고 한 다음 현관문을 걸어 잠근 채 피해자에게 ‘지금부터 니도 못 나가고 나도 못 나간다’라고 말하고, 이에 피해자가 ‘내가 뭘 잘못했냐, 이렇게 하려고 나를 불렀냐’라고 말하자 화가 나 뒤에서 양손으로 피해자의 목을 조르는 등의 방법으로 피해자로 하여금 약 30분 동안 위 주거지 밖으로 나가지 못하게 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant detained the victim, and inflicted injury on the victim such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about 14 days.
