Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2019, the Defendant lodged an appeal against the imprisonment of eight months with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the resident settlement support of the Daegu District Court on April 30, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2019.

In using and managing a means of access, no one may lend the means of access while receiving, demanding or promising any compensation therefor.
