Punishment of the crime

1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 피고인은 C과 공동하여, 2013. 8. 29. 23:30경 서울 영등포구 영등포동 618-496에 있는 영등포역 앞 횡단보도에서, 길을 가던 피해자 D(53세)이 술에 취해 바닥에 쓰러져 있던 피고인의 다리를 훔쳐본 것으로 오해하여 시비하다가, 위 C은 피해자의 멱살을 잡고 “씨발놈아 뭘 쳐다봐, 성추행이다”라고 욕설을 하며 주먹으로 피해자의 왼쪽 얼굴을 1회 때리고, 피고인은 “씨발놈아!”라고 욕설을 하며 손톱으로 피해자 얼굴, 목, 가슴, 팔을 할퀴어 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 필요로 하는 경추부 염좌상 등을 가하였다.

2.
