A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and for 4 months for the remaining crimes against the crime of fraud in Article 5 of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for six months on the grounds of violating the Labor Standards Act at the Jung-gu District Court on August 17, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 25, 2018.

The Defendant supplied the victim with fishery products worth KRW 9,138,00 in total at the market price of KRW 17 times from July 10, 2016 to August 11, 2016. From July 18, 2016, the Defendant acquired the fishery products worth KRW 5,418,00 in total at the market price of KRW 14,56,00 on 11 occasions and acquired the fishery products in total at KRW 14,56,00 in total, from July 18, 2016 to August 11, 2016.

2. The Defendant’s fraud against the Victim M Co., Ltd. on August 12, 2016: (a) H H H H H H H H H H, which is operated by the Defendant by her phone to the Victim M Co., Ltd., a fishery products supplier operated by N, by her phone.
