The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal (4 million won of a fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The following facts are the circumstances favorable to the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant made a case to be investigated, not for his own interest, but for his own interest; and (c) made a false complaint and submitted it upon the Defendant’s complaint that he would continue to be detained in the detention house; (b) there are circumstances to consider the circumstances leading up to the Defendant; (c) the Defendant did not focus on the criminal facts, which are the contents of the accusation; (d) the Defendant led to the instant crime, led to the confession of the Defendant before the criminal trial against the Defendant was open to the lower court and the lower court; and (e) the Defendant was subject to an unfair criminal punishment by committing the instant crime before the Defendant was open to the lower court;

However, the court below, however, appears to have determined punishment by taking into account the above favorable circumstances, and the crime of this case was committed by the defendant from the defendant's person who was the defendant's wife to another prison. Upon the defendant's request to the effect that "I would like to transfer from the Ulsan Detention House where the defendant is currently detained to the other prison. It may remain in the Ulsan Detention House where the defendant was accused of other cases." The defendant's defendant's complaint may remain in the Ulsan Detention House where he was accused of other cases, and in collusion with the above offender, "I would bring about a criminal complaint against the defendant by deceiving the defendant" while "I would want to escape the North Korea to the defendant," and submitted a false complaint to the police station that "I would obtain 500,000 won from the defendant as the price for the North Korea's above," and the defendant's crime was not less complicated in light of the motive, method, behavior, etc. of the crime, the defendant's criminal investigation agency, such as continuing to assert his criminal complaint consistently at the police and the prosecutor's office after making a false complaint.
