Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (Rape, Injury by Rape, etc.), and completed the execution of the sentence in a so-called prison on March 3, 2014.

피고인은 2016. 7. 31. 00:15경 서울 금천구 C에 있는 피해자 D(여, 47세)의 집에서, 3개월 전부터 교제를 해오던 피해자 D이 피해자 E(남, 51세)과 함께 있는 것을 보고 화가 나서 주방 싱크대에 있는 식칼(전체길이 32cm, 날 길이 약 20cm)을 가지고 안방으로 들어와 칼 옆면으로 피해자 D의 머리 부위를 수회 때리고, 그 뒤에 있던 피해자 E의 머리 부위를 칼날로 내리찍고 계속해서 피해자 D을 거실로 끌고 나가 피해자 D의 몸을 잡아 바닥으로 내동댕이쳐 피해자 D의 머리가 안방 방문틀에 부딪히게 한 후 발로 피해자 D의 머리와 몸 부위를 수회 걷어찼다.
