Defendant
B On December 14, 2011, the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act was issued by the Gwangju District Court in June, 201, and the sentence became final and conclusive on the 22th of the same month, and is currently in the probation period.
1.
