1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, around April 7, 2015, the plaintiff completed the agreed construction work that he/she contracted from the defendant A to perform as a studio joint and several works among the remodeling works for the hotel C, but the defendant A did not pay the plaintiff the remainder of the construction price of KRW 50 million, and the defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the defendant A's obligation to pay the construction price.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 29, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
