A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A. On November 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-door that was parked by the victim I in front of Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and entered the door-to-face, and had 2,10,000 won in cash, credit card, etc., the victim owned by the victim, one of the market price equivalent to KRW 2,00,000,000 in the market price.
