1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,300,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from July 16, 2016 to March 27, 2019.

A. The plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff's assertion is sought
1. The plaintiff is running the electrical construction business, etc. at the above address, and the plaintiff as the contractor was the contractor and entered into the electrical construction contract with the defendant for the defendant's domicile (hereinafter referred to as the "construction of this case") as follows.
1) The name of the construction project (I) : The construction period for the installation of the C Electric Power Equipment (250KW/500K): the contract period from January 28, 2015 to April 20, 2015: 25,000 to April 20, 2015: the contract date for the installation of the D Electric Power Equipment (Additional Tax): January 28, 2015: the name of the construction project (II) for the installation of the C Electric Power Equipment (10,800,000) at the 50KW (10,800,000) C Secondary Power Line and for the purification of the C Electric Power Equipment (20,90,000: the construction of the D Electric Power Equipment (12,100,000 to 100,000: the construction period of 50/90,000 to 20,000,000) at the 205.25.
However, the Defendant paid only part of the agreed construction cost, and delayed the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 40,300,000. The Defendant agreed to pay KRW 40,300,000 of the remainder of the construction work until July 15, 2016, and issued a “Agreement on Payment of Construction Price” to the Plaintiff.

Nevertheless, as the Defendant did not pay the several demands in violation of the agreement up to now, the Plaintiff filed this lawsuit against the Defendant in order to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum, which is the commercial statutory interest rate, from July 16, 2016 to the day following the due date for payment of the unpaid construction price of KRW 40,300,000 as stated in the purport of the claim and this money, and from July 16, 2016 to the day following the due date for payment of the duplicate of the complaint. The Plaintiff also filed this lawsuit in order to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15
