A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

20 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2013, the Defendant, along with C and D, conspiredd to arrange commercial sex acts in Gyeonggi-do Etel 729, 805, 1017, and 1439 in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-do. The Defendant, by raising funds to arrange commercial sex acts, was in charge of controlling commercial sex acts by leasing each officetel, and D and C conspired to play a role of guiding female workers who employed female workers engaging in commercial sex acts and reported commercial sex acts in favor of them on commercial sex acts.

On March 2013, the Defendant advertised the price of commercial sex acts with female pictures of 'G' or 'H' on the Internet site, such as 'F', using the trade name of 'G' or ‘H', which are necessary for the settling and sexual relations between the above officetels, around March 2, 2013. From April 2013 to July 22, 2013, D, from May 2013 to January 1, 2013, after having the above 130,000 won to the above 8th floor of the officetel, had female workers, etc., who were employed in each of the above offices, to have sexual relationship with the above 'G' or ‘H', and acquired and sold the above 'G' to the Defendant by acquiring the money from 200,000 to 200,000 won by means of the above:

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with C and D to arrange sexual traffic.
