Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car in accordance with the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On May 26, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.175% in blood, and led the three-lanes of the 5-lane road from the sking of the king to the sloping area of the king of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, the border area of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu. The Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.175% in alcohol level.

2. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant was driving a B car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.175% from the ten-lane section of the blood alcohol level to the front road of the film elementary school street located on the 831-lane in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.
