A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 5, 2015, the Defendant, as a taxi engineer engaged in driving Brocketing taxi, driven the above taxi at around 09:40 on June 5, 2015, and driven the front road in Gwangju Dong-gu C at a low speed from the balling area to the low-income household distance.

2.
