1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

On January 28, 2016, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the administrative disposition with the following contents in electronic form via the industrial technology support site, and sent the notification to the Plaintiff along with the results of deliberation of the Specialized Committee with the same contents as the prior notification.
