A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on December 17, 2008, and on March 31, 2010, the Defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of two million won for the same crime from the same court.

On December 1, 2012, at around 21:25, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven Cone Star motor vehicle at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the deaf (ju) in Busan Metropolitan City, which is located in the Gandong-dong, to the reputation traffic front road located in the same tri-dong.
