A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2015, at around 19:50, the Defendant sold 6 illness, 1 disease, 1 disease, 500cc clocks, which are drugs harmful to juveniles, to 4 juveniles including D (17 years of age) from the “Cju shop” in the operation of the Defendant, which was located in the Pju-gu, Busan.
