1. The Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 610,410,941, and KRW 300,000,000, out of the above amount, with full payment from November 27, 2014.

Description of Claim

On December 19, 2008, the Plaintiff set the amount of KRW 300 million to the Defendant on May 20, 2009 and lent the amount of KRW 300 million to 3% per month interest.

On January 8, 2015, the Plaintiff received dividends of KRW 139,589,059 in the Seoul Western District Court C real estate auction procedure, and appropriated the amount for interest at an annual interest rate of 30%, which is the highest interest rate under the former Interest Limitation Act (amended by Act No. 12227, Jan. 14, 2014) from November 27, 2009 to November 26, 2014.
