Although it is recognized that there is a substantial number of criminal records of the defendant, the defendant did not make any effort to recover damage, such as the defendant's agreement with the victim, the amount of damage is not significant, the defendant is in depth, and considering all the circumstances such as the crime of this case and the crime of this case, the relationship between the crime of this case and the crime of this case, the motive and means of the crime of this case, and the circumstances after the crime of this case, etc., when the above judgment became final and conclusive at the same time, it seems that there is no big difference in sentencing even if the judgment of this case was rendered at the same time.
