Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BSM (M3) in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On September 1, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.137% among blood transfusion around 04:10, and driven the road front of the Daegu Southern Police Station located in the Daegu Southern-gu, Daegu-gu, by driving the said car at a speed of about 50km per hour between the two lanes in front of the four-lane away from the four-lane off of the Nansan Hospital.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (DM3) driving a vehicle in BSM (SM3) in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.137% from the 1km section to the roads of the Daegu Southern-gu Police Station located in Daegu-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, as stated in the preceding paragraph.
