The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The summary of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment of the court below (the fine of KRW 10,000,000) is too unreasonable.
Compared with the sentencing conditions in the instant case and the reasons for sentencing of the original judgment, the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable.
