1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.:

A. On November 28, 2014, each real estate indicated in the separate sheet “Real Estate List” as indicated in the separate sheet.

A. Status 1 of the parties is 1) Net D (hereinafter “the network”).

On February 28, 2016, the Plaintiff, Nonparty H, and I, the inheritor of the Deceased, agreed on the division of inherited property with the purport that the Plaintiff would succeed to the entire claim against the Defendants of the Deceased. (B) On November 28, 2014, the Deceased and the Defendant C drafted a business contract (Evidence A6) with the Defendant Company on November 28, 2014, and the main contents are as follows.
