Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2013, the Defendant used the Defendant’s computer in the Defendant’s residence of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment 208 Dong 507, and used the Defendant’s resident registration number (D) of the Victim C(31) to enter the said website as a member without any consent.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
