Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who visits “D” with C 3 stories in Guro-si, and Defendant B is a chief of the management department of the above game room, and the victim E (Nam, 29 years old) is an employee of the above game room.
1. Defendant A
A. At around 17:30 on September 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of disturbance, such as cutting money while playing a game in the above D; (b) the Defendant, who spits the clothes and spats of the victim E, was removed from the victim E; and (c) the Defendant spawned the victim E’s clothes and spats toward the victim E, who continued to restrain it, and bread the breaths and spaths of the victim B (ma, 50 years old).

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the property amounting to KRW 470,000,000 in total of the market price managed by the victim.
