Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic of the Defendants are joint right holders of the entertainment tavern in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Defendant AR organized employees who work for the first entertainment tavern in Gangnam-gu. Defendant AR supplied the said establishment with the said employees who need to fill a vacancy or replace the said employees, and participated in the operation of the said establishment from time to time with Defendant A, a joint right holder of the said establishment, as well as with Defendant A, who is a joint right holder of the said establishment. Defendant A had an overall control over the operation of the said establishment, including the management of employees, as a person registered externally as the title holder of the said establishment.

The Defendants: (a) around November 2009 to February 17, 2010, at the above “J” entertainment tavern with approximately 1,135 square meters in size; (b) Jeon-man B created 30 muds and work-management of business establishments, such as management of business establishments and entertainment workers; (c) AV performs the work of designating entertainment workers’ studs, entertainment workers’ studs, etc.; and (d) AW has employed 30 women, such as AX, AY, AZ, and B, as women engaged in commercial sex acts, to have them receive KRW 150,00 per person from many unspecified male customers, including BB, B, etc.; and (c) have them off panty with panty and studs; and (d) have them covered with studs and studs for 1 hour, and have them take charge of concluding entertainment and studs for 7 hours, including studs and studs.
