The summary of the grounds for appeal (fact-finding) is that the defendant testified faithfully as his memory at the time of the testimony of this case, and thus, should have been acquitted on the facts charged of this case, the judgment of the court below which judged that perjury is recognized on different premise is erroneous in the misapprehension of facts and affected the conclusion of the judgment.

A. On October 5, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 13, 2010.
