1. Basic facts

A. Two-story buildings [1st floor, 1,723.46 square meters, 773.58 square meters, 2nd floor storage facilities, 1,718.26 square meters, 773.58 square meters, 77.58 square meters in vehicle-related facilities (sale facilities)] and two-story buildings of the general steel structure (one floor, 1,041.34 square meters, 270.43 square meters in automobile-related facilities (sale facilities), 287.28 square meters in two-class neighborhood facilities (repair facilities) and 205 square meters in Seo-gu, 207.28 square meters in two-class facilities (repair facilities) and 25 square meters in two-class facilities (one floor, 203.5 square meters in two-class facilities) and 36 square meters in two-class facilities in one-class and half-class facilities in two-class facilities (one-class facilities).

B.
