Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants’ respective punishments are imposed.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2012, the Defendants proposed that the real right to real estate should not be registered under the name of the title trustee pursuant to the title trust agreement, and that Defendant B would return the real estate under the name of the father E if the real estate was returned to Defendant B in the name of the father E, and that Defendant B would return the real estate in the future.

After accepting this, B proposed that “a title trust defect in the name of A” in the name of “A” to the above E, and agreed that “a title trust shall be made in the name of Defendant A with the consent of E and with the delegation of all the authority on the said real estate from E.

Accordingly, on November 23, 2012, according to the above title trust agreement, Defendant A had a certified judicial scrivener affiliated with F judicial scrivener under the name of F judicial scrivener complete the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant with respect to the real estate under the name of F judicial scrivener G 338 square meters in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant as stated in the

Accordingly, Defendant B instigated a title truster E to act on title trust to Defendant A, and Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the above Defendant in accordance with the above title trust agreement.
