Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On June 23, 2011, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, etc. by the Changwon District Court on August 16, 201, and the execution of the sentence was completed at a detention house on October 16, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On July 23, 2012, around 23:10 on July 23, 2012, Defendant A entered the “Fnomanbook” in front of the entrance of the “Fnomanbook” located in Kimhae-si, the Defendant: (a) sent out the Defendant a slope I (40 years of age) belonging to the H District of the Kim Sea Police Station, who called out after having received a report to avoid disturbance, in a singing room; and (b) continued to commit assault against the Defendant, Defendant A sent out of the singing room; (c) on the ground that the said I prevented the Defendant from committing assault, Defendant A was spiking the bro of the said I’s broth, and the Prosecutor’s Office stated “on the face of the said I” in the first written indictment, but according to the witness I’s statement, Defendant A attempted to escape the face of the said I, but did not comply with the witness I’s statement.

2.
