Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around November 2015, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “C”) with the content that guarantees property risks to the machinery, equipment, etc., including the building of each factory (a Dong factory 2,016 square meters, a multi-dong factory 832 square meters, a multi-dong office), and a screen, with the term “A” (hereinafter referred to as “Ganpo-si factory”) and the term of insurance from July 10, 2015 to July 10, 2016.
On September 1, 2014, between C and C, the Defendant entered into a contract to manufacture 350 CM 1,50 CM 150 CM 1,000,000 won in total (excluding value added tax) and supply C factory with scrap 350 CM 1,50,000,000 won in total. From around 2015, the Defendant supplied C Kimpo Factory with each of the above scraps.
B.
