1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 29, 2013, the Defendant purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) from G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 23, 2013.

B. In around 1985, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with G on the 5th floor of the instant building (area 13.2 square meters).

The above lease contract has been renewed several times thereafter, and finally, on March 6, 2013, the contents of the lease contract were set at KRW 1,50,000 per month from March 6, 2013 to March 5, 2014.

C. around 1985, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with G and the first floor No. 4 (H) of the instant building.

B on June 1, 2002, G changed the lease term from June 1, 2002 to May 31, 2004, and the lease deposit amount to KRW 35 million.

(F) The above lease contract has been renewed several times thereafter. (C) the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million, KRW 1750,000,000 per month.

D On August 1, 2001, G and the first floor (area 15 square meters) of the building of this case entered into a lease contract with the term of lease from August 1, 2001 to July 31, 2003, with the term of lease of KRW 27 million and KRW 3,300,000 per month.

The above lease contract has been renewed several times thereafter, and finally, on September 2013, the contents of the lease contract were set at KRW 47 million from September 1, 2013 to August 30, 2014, and KRW 4 million from rent.

E. On September 1, 2001, Plaintiff E entered into a lease agreement with the term of lease from September 1, 2001 to September 1, 2002, with regard to six of the first floor of the instant building, with the amount of KRW 10 million and KRW 21.5 million per month of rent.

The above lease contract has been renewed every one year thereafter.

F. As to subparagraph 12 of G and the first floor of the instant building on September 18, 2002, the Plaintiff C extended the lease term from October 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003, the lease deposit amount of KRW 30 million and the rent of KRW 10 million.
